WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?

Products with manufacturing defects must be reported within 30 days from receipt, unless specified otherwise.

To initiate a return, contact Elegant Lust at support@elegantlust.com.

Returns must be in original packaging and be accompanied by a return authorization number and receipt.

WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE DAMAGED MERCHANDISE?

All merchandise leaves our warehouse in perfect condition, however shipping accidents sometimes occur.

All products that are damaged must be reported to us within 24 to 48 hours from receipt of goods. We will do our best to replace any damaged items.

If you receive a shipment with exterior damage, or has been opened or re-taped, you must file a claim at the TIME OF DELIVERY WITH THE DRIVER. Please make sure the driver notes the problem in his delivery record. Save the original cartons and packing material for inspection by the carrier.

Then let us know immediately and we will do our best to follow up on the claim.

WHAT IF I DO NOT RECEIVE AN ITEM I AM BILLED FOR?

All orders are scanned before shipping so mistakes are kept to a minimum. However on occasion errors may occur.

Make sure to check in the packing material, many times smaller items get missed when unpacking the order, otherwise, please contact us at Elegant Lust immediately.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK?

Elegant Lust updates it’s stock on approximately 3,000 products every single day. However, occasionally there may be a quantity anomaly.

If an item you ordered turns out to be out of stock or backordered we will notify you within 24 business hours and provide alternative options for exchange, waitlisting, or refunds.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Many of our orders are shipped the same day they’re placed. Remaining orders ship usually within 24 to 48 business hours.

We do not process orders on national holidays.

WHICH CARRIER DO YOU USE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Elegant Lust ships primarily with USPS for standard orders.

However, larger orders may ship with UPS on occasion.

At this time, we do not ship internationally. We apologize for any inconvenience.

WHAT IF THE CARRIER HAS RETURNED MY ORDER TO ELEGANT LUST?

If your package has been returned, please contact us immediately if we have not already reached out to you.

Refused or returned orders can often be shipped again once with additional shipping charges depending on the scenario. Orders returned again will only be reshipped after prepayment.

WHAT WILL MY BOX LOOK LIKE AND SAY?

We always ship in discreet simple brown or white boxes, with an invoice inside including our company name on the top, disclaimer, return policy, and your information including items that were shipped and any items on back order.

WHAT WILL MY TRANSACTION SHOW AS ON MY STATEMENT?

All Elegant Lust transactions are processed through PayPal or our merchant provider and will appear on your statement as “ELONLINE”

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

At this time, we accept PayPal as well as any major credit or debit card.

WHAT TYPE OF ORDER UPDATES WILL I RECEIVE?

We always do our best to make sure orders are updated in our system but more often than not your order is ahead of the actual status.

As orders become updated you should receive emails detailing your tracking information and more.
